My take: the businesses that sit by the wayside skipped over the part of building strong brand foundations. If you approached building your business like constructing an actual building, you’d never skip the step of laying the foundation.

When it comes to business, why is it all too easy to skip that part then?

Honestly, because it’s not all that fun to do. Especially alone.

You have to make a million little decisions.
You have to actually decide on things that feel extremely concrete and real.

It’s way more fun to just ride the wave of the idea and skip right to the fun stuff like colours, web pages & marketing your idea.

You realize that your idea doesn’t have a sturdy foundation. The cracks start to show, you start to hear weird creaks, maybe even start to see some major shifts and corrosion.

Month 1 & 2

Laying the Foundation

Any good build starts with a strong foundation. Once the contract is signed and celebrations have been had, I’ll send you my signature ‘Unearth Your Brand Questionnaire’ to fill out before our 3-hour kick-off call! This questionnaire has been refined over a decade to bring the essential components of your brand to life through carefully thought-out questions. We’ll unpack it, together, on our initial call and anchor into the essence of your brand and vision right from the get-go.

During month 1&2 we’re focusing on:

  • Brand Exploration & Alignment

  • Crafting Your Mission Statement

  • Clarifying Your Big Vision

  • Making Key Decisions & Establishing Brand Foundations

Month 3 & 4

Establishing Your Offering Suite

Once we have a sturdy foundation, we start building out your offering suite and ensure that your business is set up for financial success. In months 3&4 we’re diving into understanding your offerings and the ideal clients you serve through them in a deeper way. From that place of deep understanding, we’re able to look at all of the different points your ideal client may be on during their journey and flush out your offering suite to support and guide them every step of the way.

During month 3&4 we’re focusing on:

  • Understanding Your Ideal Client

  • Building Out Your Offering Suite

  • Pricing Yourself Appropriately

  • Establishing Your Brand Voice

  • Dialing in Your Brand Messaging & Positioning

Month 5 & 6

Growth & Sustainability

In these final months, we’re focusing on how to scale your business to your idea of success. We’ll map out a clear plan of what that will look like over the next 2 years, and identify the supports and systems you’ll need to put in place in order to achieve that. During this month we’ll also have some fun getting creative with your brand and create a Brand Board that will encapsulate your brands essence so when you’re ready to brand, it’s easy and already established.

During months 5&6 we’re focusing on:

  • Your Flourishing Marketing Ecosystem

  • Establishing a Sustainable & Financially Sound Business

  • Growth Plan to Scale to Your Idea of Success

  • Establishing Your Brand Essence

    Kick-off with a 3-hour brand intensive with Greer where we anchor into your dreams and the essence of your brand.

  • 1:1 Monthly Calls

    2 x 60-minute 1:1 Brand Strategy Sessions with Greer per month to bring you clarity in your brand as we work through the Catalyst Content, together (11 calls total)

  • Voxer Support

    Voxer Access & Support from Greer 4 days/week to work through content & bounce ideas off of in-between calls (Mon - Thus • 10am - 4pm CST)

  • Curated Questionnaires

    Access to the Greer Frances Brands Library of Curated Worksheets, Questionnaires & Templates that have been refined over the past decade.

  • Brand Booklet

    You’ll Receive a Detailed Brand Booklet at the end of our 6 months together, compiled by Greer and what we define for your brand.

  • No. This program does not include any done-for-you design elements. You can put 50% of your payment towards a Bespoke Branding & Website Package from Greer Frances.

  • If you’re floundering in your current brand and don’t feel like you have a strong foundation under your feet, this is the perfect program for you! Rest easy knowing that at the end of our 6-months together you’re brand will have a solid foundation to stand on.

  • You’re in the perfect spot! Bring your amazing idea to the table and together we’ll flush out the details and get clear on the decisions that need to be made in order to bring your idea to market.

  • You’ll have the first opportunity to book in for a bespoke brand & website package with Greer Frances! If you’d prefer to work with another designer, it’s no hard feelings on our end. We’ll make sure you have everything you need from us to take your brand to any designer to be built out.

  • Due to the intensive nature of this program, pauses are not possible unless it is an extreme circumstance. Our time together will not extend past our 6-month contract. If you need to pause, please know that refunds will not be provided and you’ll have to book in for an entirely new contract.
